Ingredients
1oz Dillon’s cucumber gin
1oz Pimm’s No. 1
0.5oz lemon juice
0.5oz simple syrup
Lemon and orange slices
Ginger ale to float
Directions
Build your ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake and pour into a tall Collins glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with as much fresh fruit (think berries and citrus) as you wish!
